    Impact bag specifications:
    The impact bag is a leather bag with a shape and size similar to the hanging bag. The bag is filled with lead bullets/shot put (diameter 2.5 to 3.0mm, i.e. 7.5 bullets) to the required weight. Figure 1 shows the design of the impact bag. The outer surface of the bag is wrapped with tape, as shown in the picture. During the experiment, the impact bag was completely wrapped with a 1.3cm wide pressure-sensitive adhesive tape reinforced with glass fibers.
