2. Product Introduction:
The cylinder type mechanical load testing machine is designed and
manufactured in accordance with relevant standard clauses such as
IEC61215-2 IEC62782 TS Ed.1. The mechanical load testing machine is
used to verify the ability of components to withstand static and
dynamic loads under wind, snow, or icing conditions. This machine
is used to test the compressive strength of photovoltaic modules.
It adopts dynamic holding pressure technology and simulates load
tests to evaluate the product's compressive ability under load
conditions.
3. Test objective: To determine the ability of the component to
withstand static loads such as wind, snow, or icing.
4. Design Description:
The system simulates dynamic loads in the form of cylinders and
suction cups, with pressure applied through suction cups, pressure
sensors, cylinders, proportional valves, and PLC. Each cylinder
drives one suction cup, and a tension pressure sensor is installed
on the piston rod of each cylinder. The air pressure is calculated
by the PLC based on the real-time feedback value of the pressure
sensor, and the cylinder movement is controlled by adjusting the
proportional valve opening to achieve force control. Each cylinder
is a separate control module. Perform periodic load and pressure
tests on the installation plane of the components. The main frame
of the system is made of 8080 Euro standard aluminum profiles,
designed to accommodate the installation of pressure blocks, screw
holes, and double glass components for conventional components. The
device has the function of real-time monitoring of component
deformation, as well as the continuity of current and component
temperature during the testing process.
