SME-4100S PLC controlled confined space high pressure automatic water spray
screen stripping machine is used to erase old emulsion on screen and make the screen into
blank and waiting for reuse next time. Put the sceen into stripping
tank outside to soften the emulsion and then put it into machine to
do automatic stripping work. 2 water spray rods high pressure to
clean the front and rear side of the screen. water spray back side
can be turn on an shut off for normal screen and water fillm
screen. Spray water pressure,spray time and spray rods moving speed
can be edited on PLC programme as needed. Water can be discharge or
recyclly used.
SME-4100S also can be used to erase ghost by putting on ghost erase
paste.
