blades cut wire sheath and the rollers separate the core from
sheath by squeezing.
TF-A2 cable stripper is a small stripping machine, it can process
1.5-42mm diameter and have 7 round holes. This machine suit for

Wire strippling tool Main Parts:
Cable input: Scrap cables are put into the hole for peeling. There
are different size of the holes, and customers could choose the
applicable one according to cable diameter.
Peeled cable output: Cables after peeling get out of this plate:
clean core and clean pvc cable skin.
Cutting blades: Cable skin is cut by blades and separated with
inside core.
Gear: Gears help the roller with blades rotate to finish cable
peeling.
Plug: We could put different standard plug according to customers'
demand.
Wheel: There are wheels on the stripper.It is easy to move the
machine freely.

1) This machine is suitable for various kinds of round cables and
sheath flat cables.
2) The operating methods are similar operated by both manual and
electrical ,no matter which way ,operators have to check the size
of cables and feed channel to make sure they are applicable before
operation.
3) In case wire broken after stripping ,please follow the solutions
as below:
• Adjust the tightness of the spring both sides of the screw rod.
• Check whether the feeding holes are misplaced.
• If the stripping blades is too sharp ,use oil stone to grind a
bit.
• Lubricating suitable engine oil on the surface of adjusting
screws and slider to prevent locking and reduce noise.
