BON System Quick Operation Overview
File Import: Drag your upper design file into the system, and it
automatically analyzes all elements—sizes, cutting lines, hole
positions, and text.
Size Input: Enter your order details, like “Size 36 - 100 pairs,
Size 37 - 150 pairs.”
Intelligent Layout:
Choose “Size-based” or “Type-based” layout. The AI generates the
plan in seconds.
Optional: Manually adjust patterns by dragging them into position.
Marking & Verification:
Assign a batch label (e.g., “2025SS”), and the system syncs it to
all patterns.
Quickly check and fix half-size or special-size compatibility.
Execute Tasks:
Choose “No Printing” to send directly to the cutting machine, or
save the plan.
Start multi-tool work: cutting, marking, and punching—all at once.
