Product Description

The CMF5025 Gas Mass Flow Meter utilizes a Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) flow sensor chip, making it suitable for a variety of clean, relatively dry gas flow measurement and process control applications. The unique packaging technology of the CMF5025 allows it to meet different flow measurement ranges, ensuring high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability, and low cost.

The CMF5025 is based on an MEMS flow sensing unit combined with a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated Δ-Σ A/D converter and the internal calibration logic circuit along with the MCU processor ensure real-time effective acquisition of sensor signals, obtaining accurate flow signals, and performing internal compensation algorithms. Therefore, no external calibration or compensation is needed to ensure high-accuracy flow output. The user-friendly digital communication interface allows users to easily communicate and obtain relevant data information. The product has a wide range of applications.
