Installation Steps
- Remove the old hood: Disconnect the front hood wiring harness (if
equipped); unfasten the hinge fixing screws and take off the old
engine hood.
- Transfer accessories: Remove original vehicle accessories including
hinges, gas struts, latch assembly, sound insulation cotton and
weather stripping for mounting onto the new engine hood.
- Fit the new hood: Position the new engine hood in place, align with
hinge holes and lightly tighten the screws.
- Adjust gaps: Tune the gaps between the hood, fenders and front
bumper (standard gap: 3–5 mm, uniform on both sides), then fasten
after aligning the lock catch.
- Topcoat painting: Deliver to painting workshop for topcoat spraying
and polishing.

- The engine hood is a Class A surface exterior body part, requiring
precise gap adjustment after installation.
- Branded automotive paint is recommended for painting to minimize
color difference.
- The engine hood weighs approximately 18–25 kg. Two workers are
