Customized Rubber Flexible Connectors, also known as pipe expansion
joints, are tailor-made to match diverse piping working conditions.
Manufactured from EPDM, NBR, CR and other rubber materials with
reinforced cord layers, they can be equipped with flanged, threaded
or quick-connect ends as requested. During installation, these
flexible joints effectively absorb axial, lateral and angular
displacement generated by thermal expansion, equipment vibration
and assembly errors. They greatly cut pipeline resonance noise,
buffer water hammer impact and prevent electrochemical corrosion
between metal pipes. Customizable parameters include size, pressure
rating, rubber formula, flange material and vacuum ring
reinforcement, perfectly adapting to HVAC, water supply, oil
transportation and industrial chemical piping systems.
