The Adjustable Steel Prop (also called Acrow Prop or Steel Shore)
is a telescopic steel column used to support slabs, beams, and
formwork during concrete pouring. Consisting of an outer tube,
inner tube, and threaded collar, it provides quick height
adjustment for temporary vertical loads in building construction
and renovation projects.

working load (SWL) of 20-35 kN (approx. 2-3.5 tons), ensuring
stability under wet concrete pressure.
- Precise Height Adjustment: Combines coarse adjustment via pin holes with fine-tuning via a
threaded collar, allowing millimeter-level accuracy for slab
leveling.
- Durable & Reusable: Hot-dip galvanized or painted finish resists site corrosion,
enabling dozens of reuse cycles across multiple projects.

- Height Range: Standard models cover 1.6-3.0 m (light duty) to 2.5-5.0 m (heavy
duty); custom lengths available.
- Tube Sizes: Common configurations include Ø48.3mm inner / Ø60.3mm outer tube;
wall thickness 2.0-3.0 mm.
- Standards: Compliant with EN 1065, BS 4074, or AS/NZS 1577 for shoring
safety.

How long does it take to complete the plan and quotation?
Generally takes about 5-8 days to complete specific plans and
detailed quotations after receiving engineering drawings.
Can you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide samples. You will need to pay for the shipping
cost.
How long is the estimated delivery time?
According to project complexity, usually takes 30-60 days to
complete stocking. More accurate delivery times are estimated
during planning and quotation.
Is the plastic template prone to deformation?
In long-term high temperature environments, concrete pouring may
cause slight deformation. We recommend using aluminum alloy
formwork or steel frame wood formwork systems in high temperature
areas.
What are the defects of the plastic template system?
Limited load capacity for large-sized concrete structures and poor
high temperature resistance with potential deformation in
high-temperature areas.
What is the payment method you require?
Payment ≤1,000 USD: 100% in advance. Payment ≥10,000 USD: 30% T/T
