Equipment Overview
This fully automatic servo screen printing equipment integrates a
servo curved surface screen printing machine, a dividing machine
rotating disc worktable, an automatic loading and unloading
mechanical hand, and a conveying mechanism. It is specifically used
for screen printing on the surface of cylindrical, square, and
irregular-shaped product shells, realizing fully automatic
operation throughout the working process—saving labor costs and
improving production efficiency.
Working Principle
Operators place products on the pipe position of the conveyor belt
with positioning grooves for initial positioning.
The loading mechanical hand grabs the products from the incoming
conveyor belt, rotates them 90 degrees, and places them in the
screen printing fixture.
The screen printing fixture adopts full front-to-back clamping to
ensure accurate positioning, preventing shaking or shifting during
the printing process.
The disc drive mainly uses a servo turntable (GOIZPER imported
high-precision type), which precisely divides and allocates the
movement sequence of each mechanism, making the machine operate
more efficiently and safely.
During screen printing, the lateral speed of the screen printing
plate matches the circular motion speed of the product, ensuring no
stretching or contraction of the screen printing pattern.
For bottles of different diameter series, only gears need to be
replaced, while the rack mechanism remains unchanged—saving
adjustment time.
Before entering the screen printing position, products undergo
surface treatment by a high-voltage electrostatic device and a dust
removal system, ensuring stable printing quality and reducing flaws
caused by dust.
The screen printing mechanism and cutting knife mechanism are
driven by precision cylinders to ensure printing quality. The new
pre-positioning mechanism (with added photoelectric sensors)
controls the pre-positioning motor, reducing misalignment between
the product shell and the fixture caused by pre-positioning impact,
thus improving color matching accuracy.
Equipped with an electric heating system to meet special printing
process requirements.
Full workflow: Operators place products on the loading conveyor
belt → mechanical hand clamps products into fixtures → disc rotates
→ electrostatic treatment → flame treatment → printing → LED curing
→ mechanical hand takes products and places them on the unloading
conveyor belt → operators remove products and place them in a
high-temperature furnace for high-temperature treatment.
