Product Instructions:
1. Application:
It used in swimming pool equipment, heat pump units, air
conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
2. Material:
2.1 the outer PVC-U materials with acid, strong resistance,
corrosion resistance, good compression performance, high strength,
light weight ,low price etc, (mold shell size from160 to 315).
2.2 on the top and the base composed of special PVC material with a
set of injection molding, conform to the requirements of the ROHS
directive, under high pressure, long service life, appearance
beautiful, use safety, in high thermal efficiency, convenient
installation
2.3 inner tube for the strong corrosion resistance of pure titanium
or by HXY patent titanium whorl pipe coil.Efficient titanium
threaded pipe is high efficient heat transfer products, reach the
advanced level of the current field of heat exchanger heat transfer
efficient.
Quality Controlling :
1) Research & development
R&D is the core of products technology, it has a crucial import
on products performance ,working condition, production quality,
production cost and so on. Our R&D team has many years
experience of heat pump, we are improving the COP technology and
defrosting items.
2)Purchasing
In order to control products quality ,meet engineer demand, Suoning
purchasing department purchase good quality materials according to
each model heat pump BOM list .Suoning demand each spare parts
supplier has products testing report, and relative CCC, ISO
certificated, from compressor, expansion vale and so on.
3). Production
Each worker must operate seriously according to production
operating standard, pay attention to each installation link, both
copper pipe welding and electric controlling connection are both
finished with professional technology.
4).Checking
Each heat pump must be checked seriously before leave our factory.
COP, heating capacity must reach national standard, all parameters
such as current pressure, and water temperature and so on must be
recorded, each heat pump test report is stored.
5). Package
After testing and checking , a qualified heat pump is packaged by
plastic protective film and wooden case before send to our
warehouse, avoid hitting.
