DP200 civil air defense tilt type for differential pressure meter,
can be used for air or other gas micro positive pressure, negative
pressure, differential pressure liquid column instrument. Used for
air defense engineering, clean room, laboratory and other clean
room and laminar flow cover micro differential pressure
measurement. It is widely used in European and American
pharmaceutical factories, CDC and other highly clean environments.
Tilt micro differential pressure meter is used to measure positive
and negative pressure difference of clean room clean room in
pharmaceutical factory and electronic factory, HVAC, purification
air conditioning, purification typhoon shower table, clean air
conditioning filter screen pressure difference detection, etc.
It is suitable for clean room or room with differential pressure in
adjacent compartments. The differential pressure meter can be
installed vertically on the wall and installed parallel to the
wall, or directly fixed on the wall. During installation, be
careful not to be too close to the return air outlet, exhaust air
outlet or supply air outlet to avoid indicating error. Differential
pressure gauge has HIGH (HIGH pressure port) and LOW (LOW pressure
port), usually put the differential pressure gauge in a relatively
HIGH pressure room.

Installation instructions:
screw the meter with a screw less than 5 on the wall or on a
vertical object, adjust the state of the meter (use the level on
the meter), and then tighten the screw. Unscrew the connector at the liquid storage tank, and fill it with
liquid with the spare syringe until the zero point of the scale,
then unscrew the connector.
Note:
When measuring positive pressure: connect the connecting pipe to
the port of the instrument (+)
When measuring negative pressure: connect the connecting pipe to
the port of the instrument (-)
When measuring differential pressure: connect the high pressure
pipe to the port of the instrument (+) Low pressure interface to
the port of the instrument (-).
Special note: replace the liquid once every 12 months.
Multiple thread ball valves are available, with on-off valve,
please select thread as required.
