1, Product discriptions
Flotation machine is suitable for the separation of non-ferrous
metals, but also for non-metallic such as: Coal Yingshi, talc
separation. The flotation machine is driven by the trigonometric
generation of the motor to drive the impeller to rotate, resulting
in centrifugal action to form negative pressure. On the one hand,
the sufficient air is mixed with the slurry, and the slurry is
mixed with the medicine on the one hand, and the foam is refined at
the same time, so that the mineral adheres to the foam and floats
to the slurry surface to form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height
of the gate and control the liquid level, so that the useful foam
is scraped out by the scraper.

3, Basic Requirements
1, Good inflation
The flotation machine must ensure that the pulp absorbs enough air
(some flotation machines use external pressure fan to press the
air) and disperse in the whole tank as much as possible. The finer
and more average the air dispersion, the more opportunities for ore
particles to contact with air saturation, and the higher the
flotation efficiency.
2, Stirring
The flotation machine shall ensure a good stirring effect on the
pulp, so that the ore particles will not precipitate but will be in
a suspended state, and can be evenly distributed in the tank, and
promote the dissolution of some insoluble agents, so as to
facilitate the full action of agents and ore particles.
3, The role of reincarnation
The cyclic activity of pulp in the flotation machine can increase
the contact opportunity between ore particles and bubbles.
It can adjust the slurry level and work continuously
In the flotation process, sometimes it is necessary to adjust the
thickness of foam layer and pulp flow. And in production, from ore
feeding to floating concentrate and tailings discharge are
continuous process.
