Description
The MDF hot press is used for laminating the melamine door skin,
veneer door skin onto the MDF board by molds. The synchronizer is
necessary which lets the hot platens stop at any position. The
machine has manual and auto models meet different customers'
requests.

The 300~1500m³/day MDF/HDF production line uses raw material
through chips preparation, fiber manufacturing, glue dosing system,
forming and hot pressing, cooling &trimming and sanding section
to make MDF/HDF board. The final size can be 4 x 8, 6 x 8, 6 x 9, 4
x 12, 6 x 12, 6 x 18. The MDF/HDF board has homogeneous structure,
smooth surface, good machining specification and manufacture
performance. It is the ideal substitute of nature wood.
