Production Line
1. Control system: PLC control with connection to computer
(Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens optional), from infeed to storage,
complete lamination offered. This system is stable and is of high
automation. Technical parameters can be set, modified and monitored
by human-machine interface.
2. Mechanical system : Stable, easy to operate, high efficient and
easy for maintenance.
3. Hydraulic system: Top branded valves and pumps are used for this
system, with features of high stability, low noise, and no leakage.
Description
The 300~1500m³/day MDF/HDF production line uses raw material
through chips preparation, fiber manufacturing, glue dosing system,
forming and hot pressing, cooling &trimming and sanding section
to make MDF/HDF board. The final size can be 4 x 8, 6 x 8, 6 x 9, 4
x 12, 6 x 12, 6 x 18. The MDF/HDF board has homogeneous structure,
smooth surface, good machining specification and manufacture
performance. It is the ideal substitute of nature wood.
