Agitator of Non-Ferrous Metal Flotation Separator:
Each flotation cell has been designed with triple functions
including air-suction, pulp-suction and flotation separation
respectively, by which a self-circulation flotation process is
formed without the necessity for other auxiliary equipment.
Logical design of pulp circulation can reduce settling of grit to
the largest extent.
Equipped with self-controlling system, depth and surface of pulp
contained in each cell can be conveniently adjusted.
Impeller is composed of up and bottom impeller vanes, by which up
circulation and bottom circulation of pulp can be produced
separately.
Working principle of Non-Ferrous Metal Flotation Separator:
The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces negative
pressure by centrifugal function. Enough air is sucked to mix
slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on
bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form
mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting
flashboard height and controlling liquid surface, One or more gas
chambers are installed in the bottom of the tub, on the cover of
the gas chamber are full of one-way valves. when the one-way valves
are open, the pressed air will be fed into the flotation cell.
Application of Non-Ferrous Metal Flotation Separator:
Non-Ferrous Metal Flotation Separator be used to separate
non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine,
chemical material. It can be used in roughing, scavenging,
selection or reverse flotation. In the flotation process, after
being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble,
floats on the surface of slurry and is scraped out, other mineral
still stays in the slurry, so the separating purpose is finished.
Flotation stages of Non-Ferrous Metal Flotation Separator:
Roughing: The first stage is called roughing, which produces a
rougher concentrate.
Cleaning: The rougher concentrate is normally subjected to further
stages of flotation to reject more of the undesirable minerals that
also reported to the froth, in a process known as cleaning.
Scavenging: The rougher flotation step is often followed by a
scavenger flotation step that is applied to the rougher tailings.

1. Quality control
All the equipment offered are produced by China national standard
drawings, nonstandard equipment will be produced by the drawings
confirmed by clients. Clirik Machinery strictly follows ISO 9001:
2008 Quality management system. Most equipment will be test for at
least 8 hours in the factory before delivery. There is record in
computer for each equipment, spares can be easily confirmed when it
is necessary.
2. Way of payment
Various ways of payment, T/T, against copy of B/L, L/C, D/A, D/P,
West union, etc. All can be negotiated.
3. Delivery time
Normal delivery time within 10 to 30 working days, complete
production line or larger equipment may take longer. Exact delivery
shall be confirmed when place the order.
4. Trade terms
Typically EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAF follows International Rules for
the Interpretation of Trade Terms 2010(INCOTERMS 2010).(you are
also welcome to take the rule of Alibaba Trade Assurance)
5. Shipping lines
Priority rule based on clients' request, and freight cost, service,
shipping date, date of arrival shall be considered.
6. Installation
Clirik has several experienced technicians with passports ready to
go for installation, when installation service is needed, the
client should pay for technicians’ round way air tickets,
salary(shall be confirmed before leaving), food and lodging, most
importantly to guarantee the technicians’ safety.
7. Equipment warranty
18 months warranty, can be extended to 12 months as request.
