Applications:
Fitted with a bypass valve, elements of this filter are pleated and
the flow direction is from the out to the in. A contamination
retainer is available as an accessory, making it have superb
adsorbtion of finest particles over a wide differential pressure
range. Moreover, its beta value stability over a large differential
pressure range is exemplary. This filter not only has high
contamination retention capacity and good chemical resistance due
to the use of epoxy resins for impregnation and bonding, but also
possesses great element protection due to high collapse burst
pressure resistance (i.e. during cold start and differential
pressure surges). Furthermore, its excellent flow fatigue stability
is thanks to solid filter material supports, with filtration
ratings from 3µm to 10µm and 20µm in the absolute scale.

high contamination retention capacity due to deep filtration, as
well as good fluid compatibility due to paper being free from any
kind of bonding agents, with 10µm and 20µm on the nominal scale for
filtration ratings.
Finally, a wire mesh element allows for a high temperature range,
providing corrosion protection due to the use of stainless steel
filter mesh and tin-plated steel parts. Apart from being cleanable,
this element has a high differential pressure as well, with
filtration ratings from 25µm to 50µm, 100µm and 200µm on the
nominal scale.

unexpected problems

following ways:
1, If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 15days
after
receiving the goods,
buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller for
identify.
2, Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
3, Product quality processing program:
1) The buyer return the products for bad quality reasons for one
year
(not included those
damages coursed by shipping or Man-made damaged ).
A 15% restocking fee is assessed for any products returned in
"used" condition. And then we will send a new
product to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost.
2) If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD)
has quality problems, we
will resend a new product in buyer next order; if buyer don't plan
to make a new order in
the near term, buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask to
resend a new product. If
there is an issue with the products, please contact us– we will
solve it as soon as we get.
