The Automatic Wrapper Type High-Speed Toilet Paper / Maxi Roll
Rewinding Machine is designed for processing toilet paper rolls. It
incorporates an advanced core feeding unit and is capable of
handling raw materials sourced from jumbo rolls that have undergone
embossing, perforation, end trimming, and gluing procedures. This
machine operates in tandem with cutting and packing equipment to
manufacture finished products.
Under the control of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and with
an intuitive touchscreen interface for operation, it enables fully
automated production, ensuring user-friendliness and significant
reduction in labor costs. Moreover, customization options are
provided to meet diverse client specifications.
Functions and Features --- Wall Type Automatic Rewinding Machine:
1.This machine is designed for manufacturing toilet paper rolls.
The entire structure is wall-mounted, ensuring stable operation at
high speeds and minimizing noise.
2. Perforation distance is adjustable to meet different distance
needs.
3. Automatic core feeding system, automatic pushing the log after
rewinding, then rewinding the new log again.
4. Automatic edge-trimming, glue spraying and sealing synchronously
in one time. Leaving 10-18mm tail, easy to rewind again, so
reducing shortcut waste and save the cost.
5. Adopting international advanced PLC programmable control
technology, it features a man-machine interface.
Data settings and parametric faults are clearly shown on the touch
screen for easy operation and monitoring.
6. Adopts 4 pieces high Precision spiral knives, low noise, clear
perforation, adopt gearbox to have bigger range.
7. Two wall type back stands, pneumatic lifting system, with wide
driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
8. Adopt jogging switches for wearing the paper, easy and safe to
operate.
