RDD6584U integrates the processing methods of vibrating cutter, circular cutter, milling cutter, pressing wheel and other tools. Besides, it integrates automatic feeding, ultra-wide segmentation cutting, circular punching without direction, V-shaped punching with direction, brush processing and red light positioning. Besides, it is equipped with 7” industrial touch screen with powerful function and easy operation. It can work in online and offline modes. At the same time, it reserves the intercommunication interface of the external extension devices.

Key Function

(1)Support double coordinate systems asynchronous processing in double beams (double Y axes) or double cantilevers (double X axes) mode. And each coordinate system supports double heads synchronous processing.

(2)Integrated vibration tool, round tool, milling cutter,pressing wheel, slot cutter and other tool processing methods. Provide one-stop solution for the mixed cutting of a variety of tools, the cutting of soft materials and punching processing.

(3)Support single XY axis processing, double XY axes asynchronous processing and double tool heads synchronous processing
(4)Support Mark point positioning cutting, large-format panoramic visual cutting and projection cutting
