Description:
YB series preinstalled substation, is the high-voltage electrical
equipment, transformer, low-voltage electrical equipment and other
groups into compact complete sets of distribution equipment,
commonly known as European box change, for urban high-rise
construction, urban and rural buildings, residential areas,
High-tech development zone, small-and medium-sized factories, mine
oil fields and temporary construction of electricity and other
places for the distribution system for the acceptance and
distribution of electricity.
YB series prefabricated substations have the characteristics of
strong complete set, small size, compact structure, safe and
reliable operation, convenient maintenance and removable, compared
with conventional civil substations. The same capacity boxtype
substation occupies only 1 / 10 / 1 / 5 of the conventional
substation, which greatly reduces the design workload and
construction amount, and reduces the construction cost. In the
distribution system, it can be used in the distribution system of
ring network, or in the distribution system of dual power or
radiation terminal. It is a new complete set of equipment for the
construction and transformation of urban and rural substations at
present.
YB series pre-installed substation conforms to the standard of
SD320-1992 box substation technical condition and GB/T17467- 1998
high voltage / low voltage preinstalled substation. Shell material
can be selected according to the needs of the user non-metallic,
composite or steel plate.
Normal Use Environment Condition:
Altitude: ≤ 1000m;
Wind speed: ≤ 34m/s (≤ 700pa);
Environmental temperature: maximum temperature + 40 ℃, minimum
temperature -35 ℃;
Relative humidity: the daily average is not greater than 95% and
the monthly average is not greater than 95%.
Shockproof: water leveling speed is not greater than 0.4 / S2, the
vertical speed is not greater than 0.15 m2;
Inclination of installation site: not more than 3 °;
Installation environment: installed in places free of fire,
explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion
and severe vibration.

Design Feature:
This product is connected by high voltage distribution equipment,
transformer and low voltage distribution device, and is divided
into three functional compartments, namely, high voltage room,
transformer room and low voltage room. The primary power supply
system on the high voltage side can be arranged into a variety of
power supply modes such as ring network power supply terminal power
supply double power supply and so on. High voltage metering
elements can also be installed to meet the needs of high voltage
metering. The transformer room can select S7S9 and other low-loss
oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers.
The transformer room is equipped with self-starting forced
air-cooling system and lighting system. According to the user's
request, the low-voltage room can adopt the panel or cabinet
structure to form the power supply scheme needed by the user. There
are power distribution, lighting and distribution, reactive power
compensation, Many kinds of power energy, such as electric energy
measurement and electric quantity measurement, meet the different
requirements of users, and facilitate the management of power
supply and improve the quality of power supply.
The structure of the high-pressure chamber is compact and
reasonable, and it has the function of anti-misoperation
interlocking. The transformer can be equipped with track to enter
and exit from both sides of the transformer room when required by
the user. All the rooms are equipped with autodynamic lighting
devices, in addition, all the components selected in the high and
low pressure rooms are reliable in performance, convenient in
operation, safe in operation and convenient in operation and
maintenance.
Adopt natural general purpose and forced ventilation to make
ventilation cool well. Both the transformer room and the low
voltage room have ventilation channels, and the exhaust fan has a
temperature control device, which can start and close automatically
according to the setting temperature to ensure the transformer
running at full load.
The box structure is a full assembly structure. Special steel plate
or aluminum alloy plate made by electrostatic spraying, with
long-term outdoor use conditions, to ensure anticorrosion,
waterproof, dustproof performance, long service life, at the same
time beautiful appearance.
