*Product usage introduction

1.Mold (core) sand ratio: raw sand: 100; resin: 0.6-1.8 (amount of sand: the amount of resin added depends on environmental conditions, raw sand conditions and sand mold strength requirements) Curing agent 30%-70% : (accounting for resin weight: the amount of curing agent added depends on the ambient temperature, raw sand temperature and curing speed); 2. Sand mixing process: First mix the original sand and curing agent for 30-60 seconds, then add the resin and mix for 30-60 minutes, preferably evenly. After the sand mixing is completed, please shape or core immediately to avoid resin failure.
