Q1: How to choose the right pendulum energy?
The pendulum energy should be selected based on the expected impact
resistance of the material to be tested and the required test
accuracy. Generally, the energy of the pendulum should be at least
twice the energy required for the expected material to break.
Q2: How to interpret the test results?
The test results are usually expressed in impact absorption energy
(Joules), which reflects the energy absorption capacity of the
material under impact. Higher absorption energy means better impact
resistance.
Q3: What is the calibration and maintenance cycle of the equipment?
It is recommended to perform professional calibration at least once
a year and routine maintenance based on the frequency of use to
ensure the accuracy of the test results.
