Used to receive hot melt slag from blast furnace, as blast furnace
slag insulation, storage, heating facilities.
Equipment overview:
After the intermittent discharge of blast-furnace slag is
temporarily stored in the equipment, it is supplied to the
granulation device according to a certain flow rate to achieve the
purpose of stable and continuous granulation. At the same time, in
order to reduce the slag temperature during the temporary storage
and affect the subsequent granulation, the blast-furnace slag can
be heated.

Thermal insulation furnace body and furnace cover design, minimize
heat loss, maximize preheating utilization.

1, slag storage amount: about 75t;
2, slag capacity 30 ~ 60 tons/hour;
3, slag discharge temperature ≧1420℃;
4, slag temperature ~ 1500℃ (to be measured);
5, heating capacity: slag maximum hourly temperature rise ≧50℃;
6, furnace body heat dissipation requirements (normal operation) :
Furnace wall temperature: ≤ 80℃;
Top temperature: ≤120℃;
Furnace bottom temperature: ≤ 80℃.
