    1. Startup Preparation
    Before starting the machine, make sure of the following items:
    Check whether the power connection is normal and the voltage is stable.
    Check whether the hydraulic oil level is within the normal range.
    Confirm that the fastening screws of each component are not loose.

    2. Pressure Adjustment
    According to different sheet metal materials and bending requirements, the pressure can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 0 to 630T through the pressure adjustment button or knob on the control panel.

    3. Plate Placement
    Place the sheet metal plate to be bent smoothly on the worktable and ensure its position is accurate.

    4.Mold Installation
    Select the appropriate bending mold and install it correctly on the machine to ensure the mold matches the plate.

    5. Startup the Machine
    Press the startup button and the machine starts to operate. During the operation, the working sounds of the motor and the hydraulic system can be heard.

    6. Bending Operation
    The slider of the machine will descend according to the preset stroke and speed to bend the plate.

    7. Monitoring and Adjustment
    During the bending process, the operator needs to closely observe the bending effect. If necessary, the machine can be paused at any time for adjustment.

    8. Completion and Shutdown
    When the bending work is completed, press the shutdown button and the machine stops operating. Wait for the machine to completely stop and then take out the processed plate.
