Normal extrusion line for PET sheet making in market is 800mm sheet
width, 0.2-1.5mm thickness.
For different application, the sheet thickness also different, For
example, plastic cup, usually the sheet width is 0.4-1.8mm. But
ifsmall capacity, such as 300kg, we don't suggest you to make 1.8mm
thickness sheet at large width sheet.
For better quality thermoforming products, the sheet quality is
very important. One machine cannot produce all size sheet
product,we will suggest you according to your application.

The Complete Extrusion System
1. Automatic vacuum feeding system, to ensure the material feeding
continuously. Equip the alarm device, it will remind you when the
material is lower than the material level.
2. Independent R&D twin screw extruder. The special design of
screw elements and barrel for PLA material, with good performance,
to keep the good plasticizing.
3. The complete pressure monitoring, we can get the exact pressure
all the time. Ensure that the machine running is always stable.
4. Top-quality auxiliary equipment for the machine, the melt pump,
screen changer, die mould, etc.
5. The highly quality roller calender forming machine ensures the
uniformity of the PLA thickness and sheet color. The mirror surface
roller keeps the good sheet surface.
