    Device description:


    1. This grinder was developed with the goal of easily aligning the workpiece when grinding the inner diameter and end face of a large workpiece and improving grinding accuracy. It has greatly shortened debugging time and achieved high-precision grinding such as roundness. Moreover, controlled by NC, the inner diameter, outer diameter, and end face processing can be completed in one clamping, realizing the intensification of the process.


    2. The machine tool control adopts Taiwan's new generation control system, which automatically controls the vertical and horizontal feed of the grinding head respectively. After secondary development, the fool-like human-machine dialogue operation interface is simple and easy to use. The transmission is equipped with Taiwan PM I's C3 grade ball screw, with repeatable positioning control within 0.002mm, good compatibility, and accurate tool feed; the workbench is hydraulically driven and equipped with a hand-held electric handwheel for fine-tuning the tool setting.


    3.Cooling and filtration system: During grinding and grinding wheel dressing, the workpiece is cooled and the grinding wheel is washed. The filtration adopts a magnetic separator + paper filtration method. The filtration accuracy reaches 0.005mm. The coolant flow rate is 130L/min, ensuring The coolant is clean and can be recycled. The equipped cooling machine can ensure the constant temperature of the coolant.


    4. The grinding feed system is composed of a V and a flat track of hand-crafted precision shovel, with automatic lubrication system and C3 level precision grinding ball screw, which can achieve smooth movement, excellent repeated positioning accuracy and long track life.


    5. The standard configuration of the grinding wheel spindle is rear four and rear two bearing structure. High precision dynamic and static pressure spindle can also be selected, which has the characteristics of high rotation precision, high dynamic stiffness, good vibration resistance, high grinding efficiency and good grinding surface quality. For special work-piece grinding, the grinding wheel speed can be adjusted, up to 3500 RPM and 60m/s.


    6. The tail seat is designed to be both rigid and robust. A hardened alloy steel sliding cylinder encrusted in the cast iron body is designed to carry the MT4 top core. The jacking force of the sliding cylinder can be easily changed by adjustment knobs at the rear. Special accessories oil pressure tail seat with a pedal to facilitate unloading work parts.


    7.The grinding wheel table is equipped with a grinding wheel spindle dual-position positioning function of 0 degrees and 22 degrees as standard. One grinding wheel spindle can use a flat grinding wheel and a bevel grinding wheel respectively. By using the bevel grinding wheel, high-efficiency end face processing can be achieved.

    B axis double gear positioning turret:

    Inside/outside diameter grinding with 0 ° positioning,22.5 ° positioning can be used to grind outside diameter and end surface efficiently.

    Grating scale feedback:

    The X axis and Z axis are equipped with feedback control using grating ruler (Z axis is an option) to achieve high precision machining.

    ATC grinding wheel library:

    Six grinding wheels of different specifications and shapes are equipped according to the machining needs. In the continuous machining of

    complex shapes, it is unnecessary to replace the grinding wheel frequently,which can realize online automatic dressing and size compensation.

    Temperature management system:

    In continuous batch processing, you can control the temperature of the workpiece and machine tool body, to achieve higher precision processing.
