The Cause: Gel Aeration and Ceramic vs. Steel Friction
Standard liquid fillers struggle immensely with dense gels. The
primary issue is aeration. High-viscosity formulations often trap
air when pumped at high speeds, resulting in foaming and overflow
at the bottle neck. This not only causes messy, defective seals but

Furthermore, traditional stainless steel piston pumps experience
microscopic wear when processing abrasive or highly dense cosmetic
