Product Introduction
Presented is an exploded view of a precision device incorporating a
high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and a fluid power
system, clearly outlining the composition and cooperative logic of
core components. The Stator and Rotor constitute the motor's main
body. The stator generates a rotating magnetic field to actuate the
rotor, accomplishing the conversion of electrical energy into
mechanical energy. Furnished with an Air bearing, which employs gas
lubrication to eliminate physical contact. Along with a Thrust
bearing and a Radial bearing to bear radial loads, it greatly
minimizes mechanical friction, ensures the rotor operates 高速
(high-speed) and stably, and aids the equipment in achieving an
efficiency of 96% - 98%.
