The 60% Solid Content Hydrogen Silicone Oil Emulsion is a
water-soluble dispersion featuring reactive silicon-hydrogen (Si-H)
bonds as its core functional groups. Prepared via advanced
emulsification technology, it forms a dense crosslinked network on
material surfaces, delivering durable hydrophobicity, flexibility,
and thermal stability. The high solid content significantly reduces
transportation and storage costs, making it ideal for
industrial-scale processing.

- High Reactivity: Si-H bonds rapidly undergo hydrosilylation with double bonds or
hydroxyl groups under platinum catalysis, enabling low-temperature
crosslinking (<100°C) and enhancing processing efficiency

ceramics at low temperatures while preserving substrate softness
and air permeability

retaining fabric breathability. Reduces wrinkling and enhances
softness Example Formula: 30g/L emulsion + 5g/L catalyst, cured at 80°C for 2min.
(2) Rubber & Sealant Manufacturing
English: As a crosslinker for LSR in automotive seals/cable insulation.
Improves heat resistance (400°C vs. methyl silicone oil’s 250°C)
and compression set resistance

English: Forms nano-scale waterproof layers on cement/marble surfaces,
