Cemedine Super X No8008 is a two-component structural adhesive
designed for high-strength bonding across diverse substrates. Its
white paste formulation ensures uniform application, while balanced
viscosity (85 Pa·s) facilitates precise dispensing. The adhesive
achieves full deep-section curing (1.90 mm/day) under standard
conditions, forming flexible films with 200% elongation and 2.5 MPa
tensile strength.
Enhanced Properties
- Thermal Aging Resistance: Maintains 5.5-6.7 MPa bond strength after
4 weeks at 120-130°C
- Water Resistance: Withstands 50°C water immersion for 7 days,
retaining 1.8-4.5 MPa strength
- Rapid Strength Build-up: Achieves 1.6 MPa bond strength in 120
minutes on plywood
- Failure Modes: Predominantly cohesive failure (CF) across
substrates, indicating robust interfacial adhesion.
