Product Description
The economizer is the heating surface in the flue at the tail of the boiler that heats the boiler water supply into saturated water under the pressure of the steam drum. Its main working principle is that the waste heat in the flue gas is transferred to the boiler feed water by using the principle of heat exchange, specifically, the flue gas enters the economizer from the tail of the boiler, and the economizer tube group connected in parallel in the boiler system make the heat exchange. Through heat exchange, the flue gas temperature is lowered and the boiler feed water is heated at the same time. After the heated feed water enters the boiler, it can reduce fuel consumption and improve the efficiency of the boiler.

Function

Energy-saving principle

With the strengthening of boiler combustion and the increase of flue gas temperature, the water in the economizer is easy to vaporize, so that the part of the economizer is in an overtemperature state. In order to avoid this situation, a pipe is connected from the centralized sewer pipe of the steam drum to the inlet of the economizer as a recirculation pipe, so that the water in the economizer is in a flowing state to avoid its vaporization.
