Product Description
The integration of automatic grouting recorder is a new generation
of grouting recording device developed by our company and Zhejiang
University of mechanical design, computer processing technology in
computer, touch screen, display, and print parameters setting
functions, no buttons and mouse, simple and intuitive, data can be
transferred to the computer, print format for A4 also, can be
directly connected with the parallel printer for printing.
Application of curtain grouting, permeability rock Lugeon testing,
consolidation grouting, compaction grouting, high pressure jet
grouting, karst grouting, multi small diameter deep mixing pile,
prestressed pipe grouting, road maintenance grouting and other
grouting process.
The integral grouting automatic recorder supports large cycle mode,
small cycle mode, two parameter mode and three parameter mode
simultaneously. Three parameter data acquisition and flow rate,
pressure and density control of single double size circulation
grouting process, visual digital display, simple and convenient
operation, quality inspection records of the grouting process, can
help the operator to master the construction of distribution system
in the process of pile grouting amount, to make appropriate and
timely treatment, operation and control of pile quality reduce
operating intensity, reduce material waste. In the process of
grouting construction, the recorded data can be used as the basis
for the inspection and acceptance departments.
