Hastelloy C276 tube is a high-performance nickel-based alloy tube with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability, which is widely used in the manufacture of general components. Its main chemical composition includes nickel (Ni) 57%, chromium (Cr) 16%, molybdenum (Mo) 16%, iron (Fe) 5%, tungsten (W) 4%, etc. These components give it excellent tolerance to a variety of acidic media, chlorides and other corrosive media in oxidizing and reducing environments. The physical properties of Hastelloy C276 tube include density 8.89 g/cm³, melting point 1370-1400°C, tensile strength 760 MPa, yield strength 410 MPa, and elongation 64%. This alloy tube can still maintain good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance in high temperature environments, and is suitable for the manufacture of reactors, heat exchangers, evaporators and other equipment.
