Hot-dip galvanizing is to apply a zinc layer on the screw at high

screws and nuts. The galvanizing thickness of medium-sized bolts
(M6~M10) is about 5~8 microns. The performance level of hot-dip
galvanized ordinary nuts is 4.8-10.9, the specifications are
M12-M48, and the coating thickness must be ≥54 microns. This
thickness standard has strict requirements!
In general, hot-dip galvanized screws perform better in corrosion
resistance. If you need screws that are used in harsh environments
for a long time, hot-dip galvanizing is a good choice.
