Mesh socket joints are utilized to pull overhead conductors, OPGW, and earth wires,

fiber cables. They are constructed by braiding high-strength
galvanized steel wire and are tailored to the specifications of
different cables.
The head-type and double head-type temporary mesh sock joints are specially crafted for the temporary
connection of aluminum steel or copper conductors to the pulling
rope.
