Process

1. The powder of alloy elements such as cobalt, chromium and molybdenum and the appropriate amount of carbide powder are mixed.
2. The evenly mixed powder is loaded into the mold and pressed by die casting or hot isostatic pressing to get the blank.
3. The pressed blank is placed in the sintering furnace and sintered at high temperature in a protective atmosphere (such as an inert gas) or a vacuum environment.
4. The sintered alloy is heat treated, such as quenching, tempering, etc., to adjust its structure and properties.
5. The alloy after heat treatment is polished and polished to improve its surface quality and aesthetics.
6. Finally, we must carry out a variety of performance testing and quality inspection to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
