1. Feeding & Grain Storage: Wet grain is lifted to the top storage
section. Level sensors automatically control feeding to maintain
stable grain level inside the tower.
2. Concurrent‑flow Drying Section: Grain and high‑temperature hot
air flow downwards in the same direction. Hot air penetrates grain
layers and quickly removes surface free moisture for high
dehydration efficiency. High‑moisture grain contacts hot air
without scorching or grain damage.
3. Multi‑stage Tempering Section: Grain stays in tempering zones
without heating. Internal moisture migrates to grain surface to
balance temperature and moisture inside and outside kernels,
reducing drying stress and greatly lowering crack and breakage
rate. Alternating drying‑tempering cycles achieve deep moisture
removal.
4. Counter‑flow Cooling Section: Dried grain moves down to cooling
section. Cold air flows upward against grain flow to cool and
equalize grain moisture. Outlet grain temperature is close to
ambient temperature, preventing moisture reversion and mildew of
hot grain after silo storage.
