Product Overview
We deliver full‑cycle tooling and production solutions for
octagonal desktop nail dust collectors, including custom injection
mould design & fabrication as well as mass‑manufacture of finished

The finished device is assembled from a series of injection‑molded
plastic parts: octagonal main base shell, complex thin‑wall
geometric mesh suction‑inlet grille, control panel bezel and rotary
knob housing, together with internal hardware: suction fan
assembly, digital LED display and control PCB. Our project scope
covers DFM feasibility review, mould design, tool manufacturing,
