This device is used in all single-track or double-track inclined
tunnels with a slope of less than 30 degrees in coal mines, metal
mines, non-metal mines, etc. It features fully automated control
and monitoring, effectively preventing mine runaway car accidents.
This device consists of an operation box, electric control box,
encoder, sensors, winch barrier, and energy absorber.
Functional Characteristics
The device adopts an advanced PLC control system and infrared
sensors for speed measurement, improving the accuracy of the
control system.
The audible and visual alarm system is interlocked with the winch
control to ensure safe hoisting and transportation.
Uses pneumatic cylinders (hydraulic cylinders) or retractable winch
drive to realize automated control of runaway prevention for
inclined shaft hoisting transportation.
The PLC control system also has a detection function. By detecting
the working status of position sensors, it controls the opening and
closing of the barrier, avoiding false operations.
The device also features a normally closed barrier function and a
smooth buffering function.
