Product description
The rotary vibrating screen is a mainstream equipment for fine
material screening. Compact in design and space-saving, it operates
smoothly with low noise and features a fully enclosed structure for
cleanliness and environmental protection. It supports multi-layer
grading and automatic discharge of coarse and fine materials,
making it ideal for continuous production. Screen replacement and
cleaning are quick and effortless. Made of stainless steel, it is

metallurgy, efficiently handling impurity removal, particle size
classification, and solid-liquid separation for powders, granules,
and slurries.
Working principle
At the bottom of the motor, there is an eccentric weight. When the
motor is running, it generates high-speed rotational excitation
force, which is transmitted through the body to form
three-dimensional reciprocating vibration. The material on the
sieve surface is continuously jiggled, scattered, and rolled under
the continuous vibration force. Fine particles pass through the
sieve mesh and fall down, while large particles are retained. The
separation and impurity removal is accomplished by the difference
in sieve mesh size. The eccentric block can adjust the inclination
angle of the counterweight, thereby changing the vibration
amplitude and the trajectory of the material movement, and adapting
to the different screening requirements of different materials.
