Product Introduction:
Automatic spot welding machine for door panels - it not only
retains the stability and reliability of standard fixed spot
welding machines, but also achieves simultaneous welding of two
points through a dual electrode head design, and completes
automatic workpiece displacement and exchange with the help of X
and Y axis moving fixtures and fixture exchange racks. When
manually clamping the workpiece during operation, the workpiece
will automatically move to the welding position after activating
the switch with both hands; Pneumatic pressurization causes the
upper electrode to be vertically pressed down and compressed;
Thyristor conduction, welding transformer primary power on,
secondary generates high current; After the welding is completed,
the thyristor is turned off, the electrode is lifted, the workpiece
is displaced, and the remaining points are cyclically welded before
finally moving into the exchange rack. The overall size of the
machine is 5250 × 3775 × 2067mm, and the welding ability covers
elevator door panels of 0.5~1.5mm. It has comprehensive advantages
