How the Equipment Works
1.Bulk Loading & Lifting:The operator pours bulk lid components
into the elevator hopper. The elevator, equipped with inclined
scrapers, conveys the material in measured quantities to the upper
section.
2.Sorting & Orientation:The material enters the vibrating feeder or
mechanical cap-sorting tray, where it undergoes physical trajectory
sorting to ensure that all caps are aligned in the same direction
before entering the conveyor track.
3.Rotary Interlocking Assembly:The machine’s multi-station rotary
table uses a precision cam mechanism or servo drive to precisely
align two or more lid components during high-speed operation, and
completes the pressing or screwing process via pneumatic or
mechanical interference fits.
4.Smart Inspection & Discharge:An integrated sensor checks the
completeness of the assembly, rejects non-conforming products, and
conveys the finished products to the next packaging process.
