we can combine steel with materials including wood, glass, acrylic,
aluminum, and other decorative components. 7. What is the difference between a starter rack and an add-on
rack?A starter rack is the first complete unit of a racking line and
includes two upright frames. An add-on rack is designed to extend
the existing system and uses one shared upright frame with the
previous bay. This structure improves space utilization and reduces
costs when creating long continuous storage rows. For example, a 10-bay racking line normally consists of 1 starter
rack and 9 add-on racks. 8. How do you package products for international shipping?To optimize loading space and protect products during
transportation, our racking systems are shipped in knock-down
packages. Steel components are protected with PE film, bubble wrap,
or other protective materials and then packed in export-standard
cartons or pallets. Customized packaging solutions, including
wooden cases and special labeling, are also available according to
customer requirements.
