FAQ1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer specializing in warehouse racking
systems, industrial shelving, and customized storage solutions.
With over 15 years of manufacturing experience, we have developed
professional expertise in design, production, quality control, and
export service.
2. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. We
operate our own production facilities, allowing us to control the
entire manufacturing process, including steel forming, welding,
surface treatment, assembly inspection, and final packing.
3. What is your usual production time?
The standard production period is approximately 20 working days
after order confirmation and technical details are finalized. For
customized projects or large-volume orders, the lead time will be
evaluated according to product complexity and production
requirements.
4. What trade terms do you provide?
We usually quote based on EXW and FOB terms. Other international
trade terms, such as CFR, CIF, or DDP, can also be offered based on
the customer's destination, transportation method, and import
requirements.
5. Can you manufacture according to our drawings or specifications?
Yes. We provide professional OEM and customized manufacturing
services. Customers can share drawings, warehouse layouts, storage
requirements, or technical specifications, and our engineering team
will develop a suitable solution based on the actual application.
6. What materials do you use for your products?
Our warehouse storage systems are mainly manufactured using
high-quality steel, providing excellent strength, stability, and
durability for industrial applications. For display racks and
special projects, we can combine steel structures with materials
such as wood, acrylic, glass, aluminum, and other decorative
elements.
7. What is the difference between a starter rack and an add-on
rack?
A starter rack is a complete standalone unit with two upright
frames and is used as the first section of a racking row. An add-on
rack is designed to extend the existing row by sharing one upright
frame with the previous section, requiring fewer components and
reducing overall system costs.
For example, a continuous 10-bay racking installation normally
requires one starter rack and nine add-on racks.
8. How are your products packed for export?
All racking components are delivered in knock-down condition to
improve container loading efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
Each part is protected with suitable packing materials, such as PE
film or bubble wrap, before being placed into strong export cartons
or pallets. Customized packing methods, including wooden cases,
special markings, and customer labels, are available upon request.
