Our dual capstan is designed for high-performance stranding of power cables and other large-size conductors, offering stable operation, high synchronization accuracy, and reliable traction performance.

Ø2000/2500mm dual active capstan wheels with a dual-drive and dual-capstan configuration, ensuring stable and powerful cable traction. The wire distribution system adopts a natural wire guiding method for smooth and accurate wire arrangement.

The capstan wheels feature smooth U-shaped grooves to reduce cable abrasion and ensure stable cable running. Pneumatic wire pressing devices effectively prevent wire loosening and slipping when the machine stops, improving operational stability and production safety.

The capstan gear rings are manufactured from high-strength cast steel, while the capstan wheels are made of robust steel construction to ensure excellent strength, durability, and long-term reliability. The complete capstan system provides highly synchronized operation with a maximum traction force of up to 15 tons.
