Headphone Torsion Life Testing Machine

Secure the head-mounted headphone on the vertical adjustable support frame, and clamp the two earcups respectively to the left and right independent torsion fixtures. Driven by the equipment, the left and right fixtures synchronously stretch and twist in opposite directions to the preset stroke, then automatically reset to complete one cycle.

The touch screen allows presetting cycle count, operating speed and torsion dwell time, and the equipment runs reciprocally automatically.

The equipment will stop automatically once the preset number of cycles is reached. Operators manually disassemble the headphone, inspect the degree of structural wear, and determine whether the product meets durability requirements.

Simulate the actual working conditions of repeated torsion and twisting between earcups and headband hinges when users wear and take off headphones daily, and conduct hinge fatigue durability life tests. The test checks whether cracks, looseness, fractures, hinge damping failure, plastic damage and other defects occur at the connecting parts of the headphone headband, hinges and ear shells after long-term torsion. It is applied to reliability verification in headphone R&D, factory outgoing quality inspection, and standard testing by third-party testing institutions.
