Our Supply Model Process
Step 1: Model Selection – We work with you to determine the optimal supply model based on

objectives. We identify which parts you will supply and which parts

responsibility. Every part is clearly labeled: "Customer-Supplied"
or "Studio-Sourced." This eliminates ambiguity and prevents

Step 3: Parallel Sourcing – You source your assigned components; we source ours. Both
streams operate in parallel, reducing overall procurement time and

Step 4: Incoming Inspection – Components from both streams undergo LCR testing and visual
inspection upon receipt. All parts are verified against
specifications before they enter production.
Step 5: Precision Assembly & Testing – Your boards are assembled on our 12 automated SMT lines with
