customization needs. DFM analysis ensures your design is optimized
for manufacturability.
Stage 2: Component Procurement
We source components per your BOM—either through our supply chain
or using your specified suppliers. For low volume PCB assembly, we support small-quantity procurement. All incoming components
undergo strict LCR testing, visual inspection, and Brand
authenticity verification.
Stage 3: PCB Fabrication
In-house bare board creation tailored to your specifications: 2-20+
layers, multiple materials (FR-4, Rogers, aluminum), finishes
(ENIG, HASL, OSP), and custom dimensions.
Stage 4: SMT & THT Assembly
12 automated SMT lines with custom programming for your board.
Automatic wave soldering for through-hole components. Programmable
soldering robots for precision selective soldering on
