Lanhao intelligent flexible panel benders combine universal tooling
with fully automatic loading, handling, and bending cycles,
minimizing changeover time and operator intervention while
delivering repeatable quality on complex parts and variable
materials. A multi-axis, all-servo concurrent control system —
paired with load-offset detection, sheet-thickness sensing, and a
range of advanced sensors — continuously and automatically
compensates for variations in material and working conditions,
cutting waste and rework and keeping the entire bending process
stable and consistent.
The Lanhao line spans compact centers suited to small and medium
parts through to high-end, fully automatic systems built for thick
plate and large electrical enclosures, delivering high throughput
and consistent bend angles at low energy consumption — helping
contain overall operating costs across the range.
Because bend quality stays consistent over time, downstream
automated and robotic operations benefit directly: robotic welding,
assembly, and finishing run faster, with fewer fixtures, less
touch-up, and more stable cycle times. The result is an attractive

From Smart Bending to Fully Connected Manufacturing
Every Lanhao panel bender, regardless of model or automation level,
operates as part of an intelligent production environment.
Standalone automatic panel benders can be natively integrated via
software with upstream and downstream work centers, exchanging
real-time information with the factory ERP/MRP system. A
cloud-based operations and maintenance platform allows equipment
status to be monitored in real time, giving manufacturers full,
customizable oversight of their production operations.
In connected layouts, the same panel benders fit naturally into
flexible production lines, working alongside self-driven robotic
arms to automate loading, handling, and bending in sequence —
supporting lights-out and reduced-labor operation. Following a
just-in-time logic, this helps minimize work-in-progress and
