Leveling roll
Our factory specializes in the R&D and production of
high-precision leveling rolls, which are core precision rollers
dedicated to panel flattening and straightening. They are widely
applied to various industrial equipment, including wood sanders,
panel levelers, steel plate flattening lines, hardware
straightening machines, film laminating & flattening production
lines, multi-layer panel laminating equipment and so on.
Primarily used for leveling, straightening and shaping all kinds of
wood boards, thin metal sheets and decorative panels, the leveling
rolls efficiently fix panel defects such as warping, bending,
uneven surfaces and wavy deformation to achieve consistent overall
flatness. They serve as critical core components for improving the
dimensional accuracy and surface grade of finished panels.
The barrel of each leveling roll is manufactured from premium 45#
precision round steel, seamless steel pipes and high-strength alloy
steel. The raw materials feature dense internal structure and
excellent toughness. Throughout production, the rollers undergo
elaborate multi-step processes: integral quenching & tempering for
stress relief, precision rough and finish turning, ultra-mirror
surface grinding, and high-precision dynamic balance calibration.
These procedures completely eliminate internal residual stress and
prevent bending deformation during long-term service.
The rollers deliver exceptional precision in roundness,
straightness and concentricity, paired with an evenly smooth roll
surface and uniform force distribution across the whole body. No
runout, shaking or eccentric offset occurs under high-speed and
heavy-pressure operation, ensuring uniform and consistent
flattening effect on panels.
Boasting outstanding compression resistance, bending resistance and
fatigue resistance, our rolls adapt to long-term continuous
high-load leveling operations. With superior wear and corrosion
resistance, they resist abrasion and surface peeling, and offer a
far longer service life than ordinary rollers.
Multiple customized surface treatments are available to meet
processing demands for soft boards, hard boards, decorative panels,
metal sheets and other materials, including mirror polished finish,
anti-slip matte blasting, PU coating, rubber cladding and hard
chrome plating.
As an original physical manufacturer, we provide customization for
non-standard diameters, lengths, shaft head structures, mounting
hole positions, rubber coating hardness and roll surface
treatments. OEM processing based on customers’ drawings or samples
